1. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing flaw, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To qualify:
- Video Requirement: You must provide a clear video demonstrating the manufacturing defect.
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original state.
- Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be included.
2. Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, NK Store offers an exchange service provided that:
- Product Integrity: The item is returned in its original branded bag/packaging and remains in pristine condition (no signs of wear or damage).
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to size exchanges.
